Head's up!
The video for All Have Gone Astray by
St. John's musician Michael El-Gohary is available on the net.
From a strictly lo-fi cinema perspective it's an interesting video
and probably won't be bad for tourism with its
numerous shots of downtown St. John's.
You can download it from Steel White Table,
where you can also read Phillip Carins production notes,
or see it streaming on Google Videos.
Video aside, it's a cool folky song,
and is available on El-Gohary's album A Plea for Nothing.

I don't need...
last names to know who Debbie and Toni-Marie are and I can find my way from Happy Adventure to Misery Point in the fog. My morning comes a half hour earlier and any day without 'RDF' is good. I've seen a mummer, tasted toutons and the image conjured by the word Dildo might be different for me than you because I'm a product of this place.
