Raindrops -- The Movie goes behind the scenes on the release Duane Andrews' third album. The 10-minute video is comprised of some beautiful shots of St. Johns, St. Phillips and surrounding area and, of course, some beautiful music. Raindrops is a beautiful album (one of my favourites of 2008) and having this piece of background information is especially cool. There's even some talk of Andrews' future musical direction.

You can check out the video in HD on YouTube and download the Raindrops album from iTunes.

It's totally worth checking out.

I don't need last names to know who Debbie and Toni-Marie are and I can find my way from Happy Adventure to Misery Point in the fog. My morning comes a half hour earlier and any day without 'RDF' is good. I've seen a mummer, tasted toutons and the image conjured by the word Dildo might be different for me than you because I'm a product of this place.
